Overview
As a self employed Taxi Driver it is a statutory requirement to keep accurate books and records; however for many having available time and the expertise to ensure that this is done accurately is a challenge.

Taximanager has been developed by a partnership of Taxi and ex HMRC professionals to deliver a simple to use and comprehensive solution that will meet the majority of every day needs for a Taxi Driver; whether a Driver or an Owner Driver.

The application can be used either from a Smart phone or via a computer and captures all the data required to provide an accurate record of Income and Expenditure. The information can be printed as will as well as being saved in our database thus ensuring that electronically sent information never gets lost. The underlying records such as expense receipts will need to be kept by the Taxi Driver. Taximanager has been designed to help the Taxi Driver retain important additional information which may need to be called upon in the event of HMRC enquiries.

Additionally the application produces a set of accounts along with all of the necessary tax adjustments and Taximanager will then submit your approved Self Assessment return on line to HMRC. In order to have full peace of mind the Taximanager solution comes with telephone and email support and our team of experts who will process the information input to deliver you with a set of accounts.

Tax Investigation Cover
HMRC accept all returns at face value but from time to time will check self assessment returns/accounts for accuracy. These are commonly known as Tax Enquiry investigations or interventions. For a very competitive fee to compliment our service, Taximanager will provide you with an insurance policy and access to our team of investigation experts who will be able to provide upport and expertise during the whole investigation process. Taximanager's expert team will take over the running of the enquiry with a view to supporting your return entries by referring to the already ‘banked data' which will assist in demonstrating that records have been maintained throughout the period under HMRC review.
