Shaw Trust would like to invite potential partners to express an interest in the Government's new flagship ‘Work Programme' which will tackle unemployment & worklessness across the UK. The awarding authority are looking for organisations that are innovative, forward thinking and customer centric and who are interested in working with a leading third sector organisation. The awarding authority have an extremely impressive achievement rate for the national ‘Work Step' programme which currently stands at 57% progression rates for customers into open employment against the national average of 9% and sustained employment at 92%. This puts us in the top quartile within the UK.The integrated and revolutionary Work provision will offer a joint programme of personalised support and mentoring leading to sustainable employment for claimants in receipt of JSA, IB and ESA.
