The Women and Work Awards celebrate the achievements of women, who have benefited from the Women Work programme in 2010/11.

The awards winners have been announced and have been invited to collect their award from Baroness Wall, Women and Work Champion and Labour Life Peer.

  • Production Horticulture Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Lucy Taylor: HR Advisor
  • Horticulture, Landscaping and Sports Turf Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Jasmine Bellinger: Garden Landscape Designer and
  • Horticulture, Landscaping and Sports Turf Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Nicki Jackson: Garden Designer
  • Trees and Timber Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Elizabeth Cadd: Woodworker
  • Agriculture Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Victoria Forsyth: Tractor Driver/ Farm Worker
  • Environmental Conservation Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Elizabeth Ross: Graduate Ecologist
  • Environmental Conservation Learner of the Year 2010/11 -Annabel Foskett: Environmental Education Consultant
  • Innovative Training Award Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Hannah Wharton
  • Game and Wildlife Management Learner of the Year 2010/11 - Ashleigh Miller Kirk Patrick

 

Angela Kimberley and Claire Layton, Lantra Skills Coaches has worked with 5 of the above award winners and also celebrated an award for their contribution to the programme.

The Award Ceremony was held Wednesday 30th March 2011 at the beautiful Nailcote Hall, Warwickshire.
